This is a spectacular Didymoglossum with peltate leaves that are tightly appressed to the lower trunks of trees. The involucres are turned up and point away from the trunk surface. The best way to collect it is to cut the bark off of the tree itself, otherwise the plants break into fragments. My flash failed me that day, but I managed to get these shots.
