Jonathan Hutchinson of The Royal Horticultural Society sent in these photos of a cultivated plant hoping to get some help with an ID. The original provenance is recorded as South west of Bonga, Kefa Region South west Ethiopia. Jonathan keyed the plant out to Asplenium warneckii, and I agree that this seems to be a good fit. Another common Asplenium in east Africa that looks similar would be A. gemmiferum, but that tends to be proliferous whereas this plant is not. If you can suggest an ID please do so in the comments!
