This is a highly divided Pleopeltis murorum, verging on P. monosora, an Andean species. In some cases, the edge between these species is not clear.

Hi Michael, just a petty comment on the epithet: it should not be treated as an adjective, – it is the genitive plural of murus (a wall) and so means “of the walls” and therefore should not be declined.
So I recommend Plepeltis murorum.
